Conditions of Entry
1 Information regarding claims and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2 Claimants should allow up to 28 days (from receipt by the Promoter) for delivery of their refund. Delivery of refunds is only available in Australia. Delivery will be made to the address provided by each successful claimant on their claim form. It is the responsibility of each claimant to ensure that the address details provided to the Promoter are correct and up to date. Without limiting paragraph 7, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to the claimant’s refund.
3 Claimants who use multiple email addresses, residential addresses and/or aliases may be disqualified. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible correspondence or claims for a refund due to error, omission, deletion, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction, communications failure or otherwise.
4 If a claimant is deemed not to comply with these conditions, including if the Promoter does not receive all required information and items in accordance with the Claim Method, their claim will be discarded.
5 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6 Refunds are not transferable or exchangeable.
7 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer or accepting or using any refund, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
8 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all claims from, and prohibit further participation in this offer by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the claim process or with the operation of the offer or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.
9 If for any reason any aspect of this offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer, or invalidate any affected claims. 10 All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information claimants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this offer. The Promoter may disclose claimants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this offer or communicating with claimants. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Claimants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter’s at the address below.

Open only to Australian residents except directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or participating salons associated with this competition.

CLAIM METHOD If a consumer:
(a) has purchased a Pureology shampoo and conditioner (Shampoo and Conditioner Products) (in one transaction) from an authorised professional salon (Salon) during the Offer Period; and
(b) has commenced use of the Shampoo and Conditioner Products in conjunction with each other within 4 weeks of purchase; and
(c) has continued to use the Shampoo and Conditioner Products in conjunction with each other for 30 consecutive days, and the consumer is not satisfied that the Shampoo and Conditioner Products have promoted long lasting hair colour, the consumer can claim a refund of the actual purchase price paid by the consumer for the Shampoo and Conditioner Products. In addition, if a claimant has purchased additional Pureology products (other than the Shampoo and Conditioner Products, such as a take home treatment) in the same transaction as the Shampoo and Conditioner Products, the consumer can also claim a refund of the actual purchase price paid by the consumer for one additional Pureology product (Additional Product).
To submit their claim, consumers must, during the Offer Period:
(a) fully complete the claim form including by stating in 25 words or less why they were not satisfied with the Shampoo and Conditioner Products (and, if relevant, the Additional Product); and
(b) send the claim form, together with the remainder of their Shampoo and Conditioner Products (and, if relevant the Additional Product) (which must not be less than 1/2 empty, as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion) and original purchase receipt, in an envelope to: Reply Paid, Pureology, PO Box 6813, St Kilda Road Central, VIC 8008 to be received by last mail received on 31/12/13.
All valid claimants whose claim is received by the Promoter in accordance with the Claim Method will each receive a refund of the actual purchase price paid by the claimant (as shown on the receipt) for the Shampoo and Conditioner Products (and, if relevant, one Additional Product) in the form of a cheque. The Promoter will not return a claimant’s Shampoo and Conditioner Products or Additional Product to claimants.
